License Start Date
The trial license start date begins immediately, as soon as the trial license Order Code is generated and the trial license email is sent. Please note that the start date is not when the Company installs the software, so it is important for the Company to avoid delay in software installation and evaluation. All trial licenses are valid for the requested number of days.
License Delivery
The trial license will be delivered via email only to the Meadows Sales Representative Email specified in the form. Trial licenses will not be sent directly to the customer. It is the responsibility of the sales representative to forward the trial license email to the customer contact.
Optional Modules
To avoid confusion and installation issues, all trial licenses should include access to all of the available Optional Modules for the selected product. This will be the default option for the form, and will allow you to easily extend the existing license if need be.
License Extension
From time to time a client may request an extension for an existing trial license. Trial license extensions can be managed via MPO, or via this form. In order to extend an existing trial license, you must know the associated Order Code. Enter the Order Code in the designated field, and select the license duration. For example, to extend an existing license for 14 days, enter the Order Code and choose 14 days for the license duration. If the Order Code can be located, it will be extended and modified to reflect the new expiry.
Video Training & Technical Support
All trial licenses provide access to the Video Training section of this web site. Customers must use their trial license Order Code to access the training resources. Technical support is also available for all trial license customers.
